Thank you for your purchase with Purps. We appreciate you taking the next step to drink with a PURPoSe. Please find our return and exchange policy below. 

For Canned Product: 

  • Products can be returned within 14 days since the date of purchase.
  • If you exceed the 14-day policy, we are unable to offer a return.
  • Products must be un-used and in the original packaging without damage. 
  • There is a re-stocking fee of $5 that will be deducted from the returned amount.

Sale Items:

All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds

Once we have inspected and received your items, we will send you a notification confirming the status of your refund.

If the returned product passes inspection, your original method of payment will be credited.  Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be posted to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn't been posted, please check your bank account again. It may take up to 30 business days for your credit to be posted on your account. You should contact your credit card company and your bank regarding the processing time.
